At the end of October the volume of spending of funds from the European Union reached €5.4 billion, representing 47.15 percent of the total amount allocated for the current programming period. The drawing of EU financial assistance has increased by 36.9 percent in comparison to the same period of last year. The healthcare sector has been the most successful in using this money while the education has been the slowest.
