People are becoming less interested in joining the Armed Forces and the quality of recruits is on decline. At the same time, the number of soldiers leaving as retired reserves is rising. As a result, the number of servicemen is falling. This ensues from an information paper on the current development in replenishment of military personnel in the Armed Forces of the Slovak Republic, which the Defense Ministry submitted for a Cabinet session.
