"The coalition crisis is over and the coalition is ready to function as it promised in its program statement," stated the Deputy Prime Minister Peter Pellegrini on the public broadcaster's Sunday discussion program. According to him, the crisis was in communication, not in the coalition itself. The end to the misunderstandings should be sealed by signing an amendment to the Coalition Agreement on Monday. However, even on Monday morning, the day of its signature, the content of the amendment was not yet known. Since the original agreement was revoked by the Slovak National Party's leader Andrej Danko one month ago, all three parties presented only some of their new requirements. The Slovak National Party says the new amendment will include a 13th salary.
