North Korean nuclear test detected in Slovakia

The recent successful nuclear test in North Korea caused seismic waves in Slovakia, reported the Slovak Academy of Sciences (SAV) on its website. It states that the National Network of Seismic Stations (NSSS) of Slovakia, operated by the Institute of Earth Sciences, recorded seismic waves which were induced by the nuclear test conducted in North Korea in the Punggye area on September 3, 2017 at 12:20 Central European Time (03:20 UTC). The waves were detected in Slovakia 21 minutes later. According to North Korean state television it will be possible to test an identical nuclear device as the head of a new intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM). On Tuesday, South Korea's Asia Business Daily, citing an unidentified source stated that the North Korean military appears to be moving an ICBM towards its west coast.
