On Sunday, Slovak white-water canoers earned medals for their country in the fourth round of the World Cup in Ivrea, Italy. In the men's C1 category, Alexander Slavkofský finished second and Matej Benuš third. In the women's K1 category, Jana Dukátova had the best time in the semi-finals, but was slower in the finals, finishing sixth overall. Moreover, on Saturday, cousins and Olympic winners from Rio 2016 Ladislav and Peter Škantár finished first in the C2 category.
