Prime Minister Robert Fico has convened a meeting of the coalition partners to take place on Tuesday (August 8). He finds Andrej Danko's revoking of the coalition agreement absurd. According to the prime minister's spokesperson Beatrice Szabóová, he expects Andrej Danko to explain his party's move; one which does not bring any peace or stability to society. The spokesperson added that the Smer-SD party was ready to act responsibly towards the electorate and the country. More on the coalition session in our Topical Issue after the news.
