No toxic eggs in Slovakia

There are no toxic eggs in the territory of the Slovak republic. This is the result of the State Veterinary and Food Administration's inspection which was held due to the situation with Dutch eggs contaminated with the pesticide named fipronil. Following information published by the server DutchNews.nl, citizens of the Netherlands were asked to avoid consuming eggs. The fipronil pesticide, used against lice and ticks, was found in 17 farms. Meanwhile, the scandal has also reached Belgium, Germany, Poland, France and Great Britain. The State veterinary and food administration has called on our citizens to buy eggs laid in Slovakia, as the strictest rules of food hygiene and safety are secured here.
