Popular support for Smer-SD hovers at roughly the same figure as in the March 2016 general election, as the latest poll conducted by Median SK agency predicts the party's election victory with 28.5 percent of votes, the TASR press agency reported, quoting information acquired from Michal Mislovic of Median SK. The second place went to the Opposition Freedom and Solidarity party (15.5 percent), followed by Slovak National Party (SNS/11.5 percent), OLaNO-NOVA (10.5 percent), far-right People's Party Our Slovakia (LSNS/8 percent), non-parliamentary Christian Democratic Movement (KDH/6.5 percent) and Most-Hid (6 percent). Two other parties ranked on the brink of electability - ethnic Hungarian SMK and We Are Family, with 5 percent each. A total of 35 percent of respondents are determined to exercise their franchise, with another 17 percent likely to vote and two percent undecided. Conversely, 42 percent of respondents are determined not to vote and another four percent are likely not to vote. The poll was conducted between May 15 and June 11.
