The Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic has issued a level four recommendation regarding Syria, asking all Slovak citizens to leave the country. "The Ministry clearly does not recommend any trips of Slovak citizens to Syria. All citizens of the Slovak Republic who remain in Syria are recommended to the country immediately," the Ministry stated said on its website. It highlights to the ongoing Syrian Civil War which has been underway since 2011 between four main belligerents.
