Professor Philipp Kukura in Edinburgh received a prestigious EBSA Young Investigator Medal on Monday, being an award for Europe-based young researchers working in the field of biophysics. Philipp Kukura, who is a son of popular Slovak actor Juraj Kukura, is based at Oxford University and focuses on the field of Physical and Theoretical Chemistry.
