Slovak canoers win bronze at EURO

Slovak sprint canoers Denis Myšák, Erik Vlček, Juraj Tarr and Tibor Linka won the bronze medal in the K4 1,000 metre discipline at the European Championship in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Gold went to Spain and silver to the Polish crew which beat the Slovaks only by 0.008 seconds. This is the 45^th medal for Slovakia from the European championships of sprint canoers. Currently, Slovakia holds 17 golds, 16 silvers and 12 bronzes.
