The dynamics on the real-estate market in Slovakia have been slowing down in recent months, stated the National Association of Real Estate Agencies in Slovakia (NARKS), as reported by TASR on Saturday. NARKS's regular Index of Real Estate Health (IRZ) fell by 0.01 points month-on-month and by 0.3 points year-on-year in May 2017. "The index in May slightly deteriorated compared to April, a situation that was also confirmed by relatively surprising developments on the real-estate market this year. "The index has been worsening since January, for the first time in the past three years. The index's curves usually improve from subpar winter months to spring records, but it was quite the contrary this year," stated NARKS.
