Slovakia backs Ukraine

The Ukraine Reform Conference "Opportunity Ukraine" was held in London with the State Secretary of the Slovak Foreign Ministry Lukáš Parízek attending. As he informed the press agency TASR, the Ukrainian government, ministers and representatives of the International Monetary Fund, World Bank and OECD commonly decided to fully support Ukraine in the implementation of necessary reforms to build a secure, consistent and prosperous future. "Slovakia approves the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine as part of the process of its political association and economic integration with the European Union," stated Parízek. As he added, co-operation is taking place in the sphere of education, especially at Slovak universities and in exchanges of experience of small and medium sized businesses.
