Slovak project Sheeplive.eu, originally called OVCE.sk won the World Summit Award, which is a global initiative from the United Nations World Summit on Information Society. The project Sheeplive.eu is a cartoon series for children, which provides information in a child-friendly way on the safer use of the internet.
The stories are in 24 languages, and according to the jury at the World Summit Award, it is important that children can recognize the threats hiding on the internet. The victory came in the category e-Inclusion & Empowerment, which gives the project title as one of the most innovative, most technically advanced and best designed products on e-content.
