During its 2019 chairmanship of the Organization for Cooperation and Security in Europe (OSCE), Slovakia will organize more than 50 events, half of which will take place in the country. On Wednesday, the government addressed the preparation of the chairmanship, approving both its framework and budget. According to Foreign and European Affairs Minister Miroslav Lajčák, this does not yet have a definite form. The ministry has summed up costs for the first phase (2017 and 2018), which should reach 2.8 million euros. The costs for 2019 and 2020 are still to be determined.
