Between 2017 and 2020, Slovak industry will need as many as 45,500 workers, said Juraj Sinay, president of the Slovak Automotive Industry on Wednesday. 15% of them should have a university degree and 85% of them should be high school graduates. Sinay also said that every year approximately as many graduates come to the marked as needed, however, their structure differs from the market's demand. Sinay said that this disparity will continue even in the coming five years. "Approximately 64% of high school graduates and 53% of university graduates do not work in the field they studied. Training these people costs 300 € million every year." explained Sinay.
