Poll: Smer maintains same support as during election

Voter support for the main governing coalition party Smer-SD hovers at the level of 28. 5 percent seen during last year's general election, according to latest poll carried out by the agency Median SK in late April to early May. In comparison to their election results, Freedom and Solidarity (SaS) and the Slovak National Party (SNS) recorded slight improvements in the polls, reaching 14.5 and 11.5 percent, respectively. OĽaNO-NOVA saw its popularity drop to 10 percent, followed by the far-right People's Party Our Slovakia (ĽSNS) on 7.5 percent. The non-parliamentary Christian Democratic Movement (KDH) would have made it into Parliament as well on 6.5 percent of votes, along with We Are Family (6.5 percent) and Most-Híd (6.5 percent). Voter turnout would have stood at 33 percent.
