President Andrej Kiska met on Thursday with Nurse and Midwives Chamber head Iveta Lazorova. "It's difficult to wear a smile when you're burnt out, understaffed and underpaid," said Kiska. The head of state views in a positive light the fact that the Government declared health as one of its priorities. On Friday, May 12, the Slovak Chamber of Nurses and Midwives will decorate the most unselfish nurses with the White Heart award. The ceremony will be held under the auspices of Andrej Kiska.
