A three-day visit to the Gemer region in south-eastern Slovakia is being attended by representatives of Finland, Germany, Spain and Slovakia, as well as the non-profit organisation Epic, with the goal of the visit being to increase support for interregional cooperation between six public and private entities from the aforementioned countries. Representatives of the countries and the non-profit organisation have been visiting the Gemer region for three days, speaking to representatives of local government members and mayors and implementing action plans to foster social innovation to promote employment and competitiveness.
