Condolences sent to Russia in connection to explosion in St. Petersburg

Slovak President Andrej Kiska sent a letter of condolences to his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin concerning the attack on a metro station in St. Petersburg on Monday, according to the President's Office cited by TASR press agency. Slovak Parliamentary Chairman Andrej Danko and Foreign Affairs Minister Miroslav Lajčak also sent their condolences. At least ten people were killed and 50 more were injured in an explosion that took place at a metro station in St. Petersburg on Monday. According to information from the Slovak Foreign and European Affairs Ministry, no Slovaks appear to be among the victims of the metro explosion.
