Košice will enjoy direct twice-weekly Wizz Air flights to Cologne, Germany, as of June 25, according to the TASR press agency. According to the summer timetable, flights will take place on Thursdays and Sundays. In the winter they will be available on Mondays and Fridays. "We've registered more than 60 German investors in Košice and the close vicinity, and I'm confident that the Košice-Cologne link will provide an enormous boost not only for developing tourism but also for trade and foreign investments," said Košice Mayor Richard Raši.
