The signature of the Treaty of Rome marked the beginning of unprecedented cooperation, eventually bringing together the west and the east of Europe in the European Union and doing away with boundaries between European countries, Slovak President Andrej Kiska wrote on a social network on Saturday. It's a duty for our generation to resolve the challenges we are facing, maintaining the European project of peaceful cooperation in good condition and sound health," added Kiska.
