M. R. Štefánik Airport in Bratislava has ranked among the top 10 airports in Eastern Europe for the fourth consecutive year. This stems from a global survey by Skytrax - World Airport Awards. The airport in the Slovak capital occupies the eighth place in the region. Almost 14 million passengers of 105 nationalities participated in the survey, evaluating 550 airports around the world. Satisfaction with the handling of the check-in, arrivals and departures, shopping options, security or passport control were among the evaluated categories.
