Health Minister Zuzana Zvolenská is facing a no-confidence vote in Parliament on Thursday. It was initiated by the Opposition over the fact that the Bratislava and Trenčín regions lacked an air emergency service for five days, possibly causing a hurdle in saving a woman’s life who was involved in a car crash and who eventually died. The Opposition does not have enough votes in Parliament to be successful with the motion. Prime Minister Robert Fico stated that Minister Zvolenská has his support.
