A 24-year old woman identified as Sheila Sz., who recorded a video in which she threatened Muslims and dishonoured the Quran in several disgraceful ways, was taken into custody in the Banská Bystrica region, TASR reported on Sunday. However, the judge permitted this measure only as a preventive custody, that is to prevent the accused from engaging in criminal activities. As TASR wrote, both the prosecutor and defendant filed an appeal against the decision which is due to be taken by the Supreme Court. If found guilty, the accused woman could face three to six years in jail.
