The updated bill on civil service, which the president Andrej Kiska returned to the House, was passed again with 78 votes. The reformed bill coming from the Labour Ministry should help with the de-politicisation and greater professionalism of the civil service. The approved amendment looks at the political neutrality, transparent employment and the effective management of civil servants. The bill will go in force on June 1 of this year.
