Slovaks are planning to spend five days on their winter holidays, according to a survey carried out for Poštová banka. A total of 63 percent of those asked are entertaining plans for a winter holiday, with 68 percent of them planning to stay in Slovakia. The survey also showed that Slovaks don't tend to take out a loan to pay for their holidays, with 63 percent of people putting money aside over the course of the year. "A holiday tends to be a frequent reason for saving," said the bank's Martina Zorniková. As for the factors that come into the equation concerning a holiday, price was the key one for 56 percent of those asked. Most respondents plan to spend up to €400 on their winter holiday.
