Former Czech President Vaclav Klaus' wife Livia was voted the ambassador of the Czech Republic in Slovakia, Slovak Foreign and European Affairs Ministry communication department head Peter Susko informed. Slovak Foreign and European Affairs Minister Miroslav Lajčák views the new ambassador as positive symbolism. “From my point of view, it means that there's a special level in the quality of relations between the Czech Republic and Slovakia," said Lajčák.
