Former politician and founder of the Sieť (Network) party Radoslav Procházka will not be a judge of the General Court of the European Union in Luxembourg according to the daily Denník N. It reports that his candidacy was resolutely rejected last night by the Advisory Committee of the EU court. Slovakia will now have to propose another candidate.
