Joint Combat Unit of Visegrad Four Agreed

Prime Ministers of Visegrad Four countries (Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, and Slovakia) agreed on creating a joint combat unit in 2016. A joint defence strategy and joint military exercises on an annual basis should also be part of the project. These countries hope that this will prove a good solution to compensate for lower military expenditures in their national budgets.
