Islamic State used missiles destined to be destroyed in Slovakia

Serial numbers found on rockets belonging to the so-called Islamic State indicate that it's possible these munitions were destined to be destroyed by the Military repair company (VOP) in the town of Nováky, in central-western Slovakia. This was claimed by the Czech Centre for Investigative Journalism. Anti-tank rockets in Libya and mortar shells found in the possession of ISIS fighter in Iraq allegedly had the same batch numbers as munitions owned by the Slovenian Defence Ministry, intended for destruction in the Slovak Military Repair Facility in Nováky. The Economy ministry reacted to the Centre stating that it is looking into the case.
