Parliament continues its debate on the draft state budget for next year and for the public administration budget for the years 2017 to 2019. According to Finance Minister Peter Kažimír, the budget provides for sustainable public finances, and takes into account the funding of government priorities. According to him, the budget also meets all European Union requirements. The opposition criticises, in particular, the fact that in spite of high budgetary spending in recent years, an improvement in the level of public services cannot be observed.
