In recent days Slovakia's capital has already passed the level of 1 million visitors and expects the total number of tourists to go up by the end of the year. According to the city council, this year's figure will overcome that of the previous year. The head of the Bratislava Tourist Board Alžbeta Melicherova added that not only the number of visitors has increased, but those coming from abroad are also staying longer in Bratislava.
