Tourists should prepare themselves for trips in the High Tatras as if it was already January. As the Public Broadcaster RTVS reported on Monday, citing the Mountain Rescue Service, winter has started much sooner this year. Therefore, the Mountain Rescue Service recommends wearing adequate shoes and clothes and to plan trips with early return times due to low light.
