The civic initiative 'Slovakia genetically modified foods' submitted a petition to the Ministries of Agriculture and Environment on Monday. The 15,000 individuals who signed during the last three years request the labelling of all products which contain genetically modified ingredients, as well as a ban on growing such crops.
