MPs to vote on new law against shell companies

The new law against shell companies, on which MPs will vote in parliament on Tuesday, would require revealing the ownership structure of all entities entering contracts with the State which are valued above €100,000. According to Justice Minister Lucia Žitňanská from the party Most-Híd, not declaring all owners, or any falsification in the register would be punished by a fine of up to €1 million. The register will be fully available to the public.
