Peter Sagan continues in his extraordinary performances having won the European Championship in road cycling in Plumelec, France on Sunday. Thus, Sagan has earned another major title after having won the world championship in the US last September and becoming the best sprinter of the Tour de France for the fifth consecutive time this July. "I'm extremely happy to be the first ever European Road Champion and it's an honour for me to take the Slovak colours to the highest spot of the podium" wrote Sagan on his social media profile.
