46 Slovak cities and towns are participating in the European Mobility Week 2016, which started on Friday. The goal of this campaign is to present sustainable mobility alternatives to citizens. The Slovak capital Bratislava will offer free public transport to all driving licence holders until Thursday, September 22. The city, in cooperation with non-governmental organisations, has prepared numerous cycling events for this weekend, and the Bratislava Transport Company invites the public to Open Doors Day in its depot. Košice, the second largest Slovak city, will also offer various sport events, discussions and free public transport next Thursday.
