The Slovak Chamber of Doctors does not like the monthly payment for the state-insured which have been proposed for next year. The first budget draft for next year cuts the amount to €32.22. The state would thus pay €78 million less in public health insurance annually.
The chamber proposes minimum levies for those insured by the state at 5.5 percent, representing €44.27 monthly. The category of those who are insured by the state includes pensioners, students, and people with disabilities.
