Mazurek will not be prosecuted for this statement. The Prešov district prosecution thus confirmed the previous decision on the matter carried out by a police investigator. Justice Minister Lucia Žitnanská doesn't understand the decision of the police and the prosecutors. "At this point it's no longer about the legislation, but about how the police, prosecutors and ultimately the courts are able to work with this legislation," she said.
