The Fitch Ratings agency has confirmed Slovakia's long term A+ rating with a stable outlook. The agency praised Slovakia for its attractiveness for foreign investors, its stable bank sector and the country's membership in the eurozone. According to Fitch, the Slovak economy should grow by more than 3% by 2018, thanks to domestic demand and improving development in the labour market. The rating agency also expects Slovakia to trim down its public debt. On the other hand, there is a threat for Slovakia's economy by an 'outside shock', which would significantly influence the car industry.
