The three biggest Slovak airports, in Bratislava as well as in the eastern Slovak towns of Košice and Poprad, have been under stricter security measures since last week. The measures will remain in force until further notice. Due to 'tactical reasons', the Interior Ministry hasn't specified the cause of the bolstered security. According to the tvnoviny.sk website, this concerns a response to a threat sent either by letter or email.
