The Cabinet at its meeting in Košice on Wednesday approved investment aid for two companies worth altogether €6.66 million. IBM Slovakia is to receive some €1.6 million for the expansion of its existing delivery centre in Košice.
Thanks to this investment project, 150 new jobs should be created within two years. The second stimuli contributor is the company T-Systems in Košice which is to receive €5.07 million from the government, out of which over €1.4 million will be in the form income tax relief and more than €3.67 million will be a contribution to the creation of new 350 jobs in its centre by the end of 2016.
