The Prosecutor General's Office will have to pay a fine of €150,000 to the former Supreme Court Chairman and former Justice Minister Štefan Harabin, wrote the Sme daily. The office was fined for having confirmed in 2008 that the transcript of Harabin's phone call with drug dealer Baki Sadiki was authentic. As the daily wrote, this is the second time already that the Regional Court in Bratislava has ruled in Harabin's favour.
