Foreign drivers crossing Slovakia informed about tolls

The Slovak National Motorway Companyhas installed electronic signage informing drivers about the duty to pay highway tolls at the borders with Austria, the Czech Republic and Hungary. In summer, greater numbers of foreign drivers travel across Slovakia, therefore, the MotorwayCompany wants to raise the awareness of foreign drivers of their duty. Moreover, the company opened non-stop toll purchasing sites near the signage equipment wherever possible. The equipment may also be used for informing about traffic and vehicle accidents.
