On Thursday, the fourth biggest Roma festival in the World was opened in the Slovak capital Bratislava. The three-day-long event called World Roma Festival - Gypsy Fest will take place in the capital's downtown for the ninth time. On Thursday Roma soldiers, police officers and other interesting professions will present their work. The festival will also introduce an international line-up including dance and music shows, concerts and a march through the city's streets displaying traditional Roma folk costumes. "Every year, the Gypsy Fest shows the public those Roma people, who are a contribution to our country," said the festival's director Jozef Šivák.
