A police raid took place at the Mochovce nuclear power plant, Southern Slovakia, wrote the news website Aktuality.sk on Wednesday. According to the site, the raid is not aimed against the plant. "We need to check the relationships of suppliers participating in the construction," said Police President Tibor Gašpar. Currently the third and fourth blocks of the plant are under construction. Last summer the National Criminal Agency carried out a raid at the Slovak power producer Slovenské elektrárne. Subsequently, criminal prosecutions regarding the water plant in Gabčíkovo and the nuclear plant in Jaslovské Bohunice began.
