The launch of the first Slovak satellite skCUBE has been delayed. The expected date has now been set for the period between September 1 and November 30 this year. Originally, the launch was scheduled for May, then later for July. The satellite will be launched into orbit from a spaceport in California, and transported by Falcon 9 rocket with the American company SpaceX. It will be operated from Slovakia. The main reason behind the delay is last year's crash of the launch vehicle and its investigation.
