Slovak cyclist Peter Sagan won the eleventh stage at Tour de France on Wednesday. Moreover, he earned additional points for the sprinting competition securing the green jersey for himself as the best sprinter. At twelve kilometers to the finish, Sagan decided on a surprising and remarkable breakaway. Three other cyclists joined in. Luckily for Peter, his teammate from Tinkoff, a Pole Maciej Bodnar, was among them and helped the Slovak in the final metres. "It was an improvised move and I have put everything into it. If the rest were to catch up with us, I could lose the green jersey. It was a risk," explained Sagan.
