Water and the threat of its shortage in Europe are the topics of Monday's conference of environment ministers in Bratislava. The ministers of EU countries, as well as those from non-member states together with specialists are discussing the improvement of water resource management through environmentally friendly methods. At a subsequent informal meeting, environmental ministers from EU countries will talk about the environment and climate change as well as concrete experience in dealing with draught, water shortages and floods.
